About Amanda Porter

My whole life I have been an athlete. Once I started running during my senior year of high school, I knew I found my passion. After a college career as a student-athlete running both cross-country and track and now well into my post-collegiate racing career, my mindset takes determination and goal setting seriously. Now, I put that perseverance to work in the Talent Acquisition world. I may not have to physically run miles for my role, but I go to whatever length I can to understand aches and pains and work to find solutions. I appreciate every angle of Talent - the hiring process, candidate experience, operations, community, gaps and pitfalls, people and HR - all of it.
