I lead executive operations and compliance for complex, high-visibility programs. At Summit, I delivered Tier One congresses and events with audiences from to and budgets from 500k to 3.6M, closing each event 18 percent or more under budget. I manage portfolios of 40 plus projects and events, design audit-ready systems, and integrate platforms like Veeva, Smartsheet, and Agiloft to cut cycle time and raise accuracy. I took a fragmented VEEVA workflow system, instituted naming and printing protocols for clinical trial materials and IRB submission and authored SOP's, templates and training manuals to create a repeatable, scalable, efficient workflow. My work scales brand reach and investor interest, strengthens governance, and gives leaders the decision clarity they need. I am known for my ability to work with different groups of people externally, and on projects and events spanning multiple departments internally. Most importantly I am able to work with legal and compliance flawlessly, and I have this innate ability to incorporate compliance practices into everything I do. With a house so clean, it could double as an operating room, and a servant heart, I build, foster and grow important relationships with clients, customers, vendors, advocacy groups and investors. My experience as a PA to UHNW individuals has given me the skills needed to plan extravagant travel for small groups and large teams, execute events for groups of 5 to 5,500 internationally from concept to completion and fulfill project requests that require quick out of the box thinking. Looking to bring my unicorn skillset into a new operational role.
