I am someone who appreciates life and understands the value and purpose of giving back. I enjoy giving to others, helping them through the tough times and laughing with them through the good ones. I am an advocate for patient and family centred care; always looking for new ways to raise awareness and encourage others to engage in this practice. As a coach and a mentor, I seek to build confidence and resiliency in others, especially in the face of adversity. Staying on top of industry trends and maintaining a thorough information base afford me the ability to be consistently ahead of the rest. I am highly organized and manage my time and projects with a forward thinking mindset. I take a great deal of pride in my work and strive to consistently meet and exceed expectations. Thriving under pressure, I am thorough and equally open both to providing and receiving mentorship. As a knowledge seeker, I am passionate about constant learning and self-improvement. In a peer support provider capacity, I have been praised for being an attentive listener, as well as a respectful, non-judgmental presence. Speaking to groups of varying sizes and answering questions, for training, education, sales or inspirational purposes is my area of expertise. My attention to detail is honed to an art, and I take every effort to ensure quality in all areas. I continuously demonstrate service excellence, integrity, outstanding teamwork and communication skills, while expecting the same of others. Throughout my work and volunteer careers thus far, I have exhibited an exceptional ability for understanding and executing organizational objectives and demands.
