I’m the Research Manager at Risch Results, a rapidly-growing, strategic recruiting firm. We help companies hire talented people to contribute to their culture and with the skills to play a critical role in effectively growing the business. In order to find the right talent for hard-to-fill positions, three things set us apart: Fit: We can find the most qualified candidate based on skills and experience, but they may not fit into a company’s culture. We understand the nuances that make people work effectively together. We use behavioral assessments to make sure our talented candidates have chemistry with our clients. Research: Sometimes the right person for your company isn’t in a database. We know how to find people, starting from scratch with every search to bring the right candidates to your attention-not just people we’ve met for prior searches or who have responded to a job posting. Experience: Together, our Risch Results team has decades of experience in human resources, staffing, and recruiting. About Me-I have the ability to read for talent between the lines of a traditional resume. My ability to see fit between a candidate and a company has served me well and it serves my clients well when we bring them candidates who thrive in their positions and are eager to grow within the organization-I leverage my experience in human resources, office management, sourcing and staffing to expertly source candidates and conduct research for Risch Results clients-I'm currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration and I'm a volunteer in my community of Levelland, TX where I live with my husband Chris and son-Risch Results is a certified Women Owned Business Enterprise since 2016.
