As a Certified Pilates and Aerial Arts Instructor, I have built a successful track record of reconnecting clients with their bodies along with bringing heightened awareness to people regarding living every day with a wellness way of thinking. In following my true passion to help others my background is a valuable combination of Pilates, social work, humanitarian initiatives and community health collaboratives. It is through these experiences I have had the privilege of working with a diverse spectrum of special populations, children, adults and families.
