In essence, my core values of helping others and making meaningful impact define my leadership style. I’m not the leader who just wants to get a project completed; I prioritize cultivating a people-first culture that emphasizes empathy, authenticity, integrity, and creativity. While my background is extensive, it is far from conventional. Like many others, I had a dream to be an astronaut when I was a child. Although that particular path didn’t quite play out the way I expected, it guided me toward discovering my true passion: empowering others to succeed and breaking through barriers that have once been defined as impossible.
