About Amanda Rojek

An accomplished healthcare leader with 20 years experience in complex health environments, shaping strategic initiatives and delivering meaningful solutions with consumers, the community, staff and partners. Currently working in the newly established Reform Office in the Department of Health, Amanda is committed to defining, communicating and delivering upon the 10 year strategic vision for the health system, through authentic partnerships, advocating for equity, clinical co-design and measuring meaningful change. Prior to joining the Reform Office, Amanda was the Manager of Strategy and Planning at Children's Health Queensland HHS, focused on building relationships and leading operational and strategic planning processes. Amanda also has experience as a Manager with the Healthcare team at EY Brisbane, and twelve years clinical experience in the public and private health sector, working as a physiotherapist, both locally and in the United Kingdom. Amanda is engaged in the University of Queensland Business School alumni community, and actively contributes to the advancement of system change in the health sector.
