About Amanda Rudd

I'm a CSUSB graduate with a strong background in the nonprofit sector, where I've taken on a wide range of roles—including administrative support, marketing, program development, fundraising, event planning, and more. This hands-on experience has made me a flexible, solutions-driven professional who adapts quickly and thrives in fast-paced environments. In addition to my degree, I hold a Substitute Teaching Permit, as well as certifications as a Child Development Associate Teacher and School-Age Assistant. These credentials reflect my ability to communicate effectively, manage diverse groups, and lead with empathy—skills that are valuable across industries. At CSUSB, I led inclusive research projects, curated resources for K–12 educators with a focus on Afro-LatinX content, and completed training in museum exhibit development. As Vice President of the campus anthropology club, I helped organize events and build a collaborative, culturally engaged community. Whether I’m supporting daily operations, planning an event, or contributing to a larger mission, I bring initiative, heart, and a team-first mindset. With my diverse skill set and passion for impact, I’m ready to contribute to any organization looking for a dependable, driven professional.
