I am an Aerospace Mechanical and Final inspector, Parker Hannifin DSI, SAE AS1300 1 Certified,UTAS DSQR, P&W, P & WC, approved, Proficient with Net-Inspect, Aerospac, Discuss, I have perform receiving, Mechanical and final inspection as well as First Article Insp. for Bell Helicopter, Hamilton Sundstrand, Rolls Royce, P&W, P & WC, Lockheed Martin, BF Goodrich, Parker, Woodward, Eaton etc.etc, I am bilingual ( English/Spanish) positive person,quick learner,dependable and willing to do and learn what the position requires I am able to work with Federal and Military Specifications,with F.A.A Repair Manuals, Balloon & read blueprints and sketches of drawings. I am familiar with the different plating process, such a:Chrome,Anodize,Nickel Sulfamate,Silver,Cooper etc. I have experience in Aerospace Manufacturing, Overhaul and Repair,working with APU'S: 85 and 331 series and their different components (1st and 2nd Impellers,Curvic Couplings,T-wheels,Rotors Gear Boxes,J.B Housings etc.). I have used most of the dimensional tools ( Micrometers,Calipers,Dial Bores,Comparatos Profilometers,Indicators,Height Gages,Thread Gages,sunnen gage,and some CMM experience).
