As an aspiring research and policy analyst with a dual Master's degree in Social Work and Public Administration, I am passionate about making a meaningful contribution to social justice and inclusivity through data-driven research and evidence-based solutions. I have a firm commitment to anti-racism and equity, and I am driven to effect positive change by shaping transformative policies that address the unique challenges and needs of diverse communities.My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in policy analysis, program evaluation, and research methodologies, as well as a deep appreciation for the power of research in driving policy reforms. I have applied my skills and knowledge in various roles, from data entry assistant at Spaulding for Children, where I managed data cleaning, entry, and maintenance for a foster parent training program, to graduate student consultant at CROP Organization, where I collaborated on a capstone project and delivered recommendations for financial and operational sustainability of a multimillion-dollar budget. I have also gained valuable experience working at the state and federal policy levels, tracking legislation and writing briefs related to income inequality, children and families, reproductive rights, and more. As an ardent critical thinker, I thrive in complex problem-solving environments, using analytical skills to dissect policy issues and develop innovative strategies. I also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, which enable me to engage with diverse stakeholders and advocate for historically excluded populations. I am eager to utilize my expertise and passion to advance the mission and vision of a forward-thinking organization.
