Lead HEDIS Data Reviewer/1project Manager with 7+ years of experience with HEDIS hybrid and admin measures as well as select state/LTSS measures. I have a total of over 13+ years of experience in Healthcare in multiple specialties (OB/GYN, Occupational Health/Convenient Care, Family Practice and Quality). I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care with a minor in Public Health from The University of Michigan in 2019, of which I graduated with honors. My experience is including, but not limited to the following: Project management (HEDIS hybrid, prospective and state projects), interdepartmental training (process development/creation, process improvement, audio/video training via Zoom/Teams) Microsoft Office (Intermediate: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OneNote), extensive knowledge of the NCQS Technical Specifications: general Guidelines, sample selections, hybrid measures, select administrative measures, experience with multiple EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Paragon, Systoc, Athena, ParkNet as well as EMR portal access), use of abstraction tools (Reveleer, Optum and QMRM), understanding of project rates/targets and extensive decision making regarding shifts in project priorities to meet department/company metrics/goals. Measure experience includes: ACP, BCS, BPD, CBP, CCS, CIS(Q), LSC, COA, COL, EED, GSD (HBD), IMA, PPC, TRC, WCC, W30, WCV, CHL, PRS-E, ADV. Answers all clinical questions for all measures to ensure that the team(s) are abstracting and overreading to meet NCQA/State guidelines to pass any required audit.
