As a LCSW and LNHA experienced in skilled and long term care settings, home and community based services, and within the geriatric population; my aspirations and focus in the field is a deep dedication to excellence and adaptability in a revolutionizing field, to aide in the improvement and quality of lives of others through coordination and navigation of community services and resources, operational management and adaptability to maximize patient-centered outcomes, and aide in the development and sustainability of a strong, healthy workforce. My contributory attributes to a team include swift tackling of challenging situations with solution focused skills, system compliance and sustainability, budgetary and fiscal management and sustainability, and workforce development and implementation.
