I enjoy puzzles and finding solutions to help improve work flow and environment. Also capable of working around issues when needed, such as a program that doesn't function well. I am a skilled individual with multiple talents. Well suited to an individual work environment, but works very well with a team and is able to create user manuals as well as assist one on one. Have experience working in situations where I understand there is a need for additional informational resources and provide the data in the form necessary. Because of past experience, I prefer to share knowledge and will do so at every opportunity. Data is used in place of product, but for me, I see and take the product into consideration when working with data. It isn't just abstract, it is real and therefore must be considered. Customer satisfaction is the basis for all computer and interactive skills. I have worked and trained individuals in catering as well as food service. Understanding customer needs is essential to a quality experience in all environments, including those that do not work directly with the customer. Any prospective employer must know that I am not only willing to seize the options available to me, but am willing to perform what is necessary to see the task complete.
