About Amanda Sdrigotti

With over four years of experience in clinical science at Profound Medical, I lead a team of clinical scientists who are passionate about increasing the clinical adoption of novel applications using therapeutic ultrasound. Our mission is to provide innovative and minimally invasive solutions for patients with prostate diseases, using MRI-guided ultrasound medical devices. As a manager, I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, regulatory, marketing, and sales, to support the design, development, and implementation of market adoption of the TULSA procedure and clinical trials. I also contribute to the creation and dissemination of scientific publications, presentations, and educational materials. My engineering background, with a master's degree in biomedical engineering, enables me to apply technical and analytical skills to clinical problems and solutions.
