With over 12 years of experience in emergency pediatric nursing, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in the field of pediatric medication safety and emergency pediatric education at SafeDose Inc, a company that empowers healthcare professionals to care for pediatric patients with confidence. I am driven by the mission of simplifying pediatric medication administration and providing clear guidelines on pediatric safety. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in various settings, including emergency departments, simulation labs, and academic institutions. As the Director of Client Services at SafeDose, I oversee the delivery of high-quality customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. I also collaborate with the product development, sales, and marketing teams to provide feedback and insights from the clients' perspective, and to identify new opportunities and strategies to expand our reach and impact. I leverage my skills in leadership, critical care nursing, and education to train and mentor our clients, and to develop and implement pediatric emergency educational programs for EDs across the US. I am proud to be part of a team that is making a difference in the lives of emergency department teams and children across the US and worldwide.
