With over 13 years of diverse professional experience, I currently serve as an HR Generalist at TalentLaunch—a dynamic network of independently operated staffing and recruitment firms. In this role, I support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and recruitment. I’m passionate about creating positive employee experiences and driving HR initiatives that align with our Redwood Culture, which is rooted in excellence, collaboration, integrity, and innovation. I bring a strong background in Talent Acquisition, previously serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager where I developed and executed strategic hiring plans and supported internal recruiting teams across our national network. I’m a certified Predictive Index Practitioner and Talent Optimization expert, leveraging behavioral data and assessments to enhance hiring and team performance. I also have hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Workable, and Phenom. My educational background includes a Master of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from West Virginia University, and I continue to carry my passion for leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement into every aspect of my work.
