Amanda has over 25 years experience in Sales, Leadership and Team Development, with John Lewis PLC,Thomson Holidays and Servier Laboratories being part of her Career history. As a second line Leader, Amanda has experience of leading large teams which gives her credibility as both Mentor and Coach. Energetic,emotionally intelligent,with a great sense of humour, Amanda is an excellent hands on coach and facilitator. She uses her NLP and strong coaching skills, together with focused business acumen to ensure company and personal goals are achieved. She is passionate about developing individuals and teams, empowering them so they believe in themselves and become the best they can at what they do; unlocking their potential.She is as enthusiastic working 1:1 as in front of a large group and her strong relationship building skills and consultative style mean that outcomes are achieved in both arenas. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is what 'floats her boat' big time and she is accredited to run EQ-i assessments which have had transformational results for her clients, in particularly those in Leadership roles.She believes that everyone deserves to work for an Inspirational Leader and loves working with Leaders to improve their EQ so they, their teams and their businesses enjoy success. Amanda is authentic, honest, transparent and really cares about what she does and who she's working with.
