About Amanda Stephens

A self-motivated multitasker with 5 years of experience producing media for digital platforms in the corporate/commercial and editorial realms where assignments have ranged from location scouting for Kendrick Lamar’s N95 music video to casting all of the models featured in Neiman Marcus’ Fall Book. I am a fierce extrovert. My strong communication skills allow me to effectively negotiate rates, schedules and project timelines to ensure that deliverables are on time and on budget. My organizational and time management skills allow me to thrive in a fast-paced environment. I have a proven track record of setting project priorities which ensures I consistently meet key deadlines. My experience working with both clients and directors has allowed me to master the art of “pivot”- changing directions to better achieve the overall outcome of the final product. In these situations, I demonstrate my positive, solutions-oriented attitude alongside my creativity to brainstorm solutions for the new requests. By exemplifying this attitude, I am able to keep the team morale high and motivated to approach the new creative challenge.
