About Amanda Susca

Amanda brought 10 years of strong business management and operations skills to the Stahl Companies. Over that time, she assisted organizations with improving their project management programs and project leadership teams. Over the last seven years, with her work at The Stahl Companies as Project Manager/Campus Lead, she has managed several varied-scope projects, performing a variety of functions. Her current duties include program management, complete project oversight including maintaining project budget and cashflow, onsite efforts including shut down coordination and site management, budget auditing/reconciliation, Change Management, OSHPD and other Agency coordination, equipment coordination, among many others. She believes the most important asset of a successful project, and ultimately how a business will profit best, is when all players on a project are working together with synergy. This mindset goes hand-in-hand with the Stahl maxim, “Companies don’t provide services, people do”. By identifying each team players strong-points and facilitating an environment built on trust and collaboration, the path can be paved for success. Her tenacity promotes the accountability and pressure needed in order to meet deadlines.Amanda is an integral team player who cares deeply for her projects and maintains strong client-vendor relationships. She continues to contribute to the overall team’s success on many complex projects including a $34M NICU Renovation as well as a $36M 7-floor assisted living and memory care tower. With her results-driven, can-do attitude, Amanda works tirelessly to accomplish all challenging project needs.
