About Amanda Swensen

I am an experienced transformation and strategy leader with expertise in process improvement, cross-functional alignment, and operational design across complex organizations. I bring over a decade of experience across healthcare and nonprofit sectors, including eight years of direct work with military populations where I led programs focused on access to care and community reintegration. I work to improve processes to drive efficient and effective outcomes by addressing problems at the systems level and not just by treating the symptoms. I enjoy analyzing complex problems and developing innovative, long-range solutions that are both strategic and sustainable. I have experience leading several transformational change initiatives including the development of new service delivery models, governance frameworks, and the implementation of CRM software. I am skilled in stakeholder facilitation, root cause analysis, and workforce planning. I hold a Master's of Social Work from USC and am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
