As a dedicated Marketing Manager, Digital Services at NinjaVan, I manage & oversee the whole process of growth marketing initiatives, from ideations to fruitions, effectively steering the strategic direction of customer relationship operations and social media initiatives. My role primarily revolves around optimizing branding & marketing strategies to enhance the brand growth of visibility and engagement across platforms. I spearhead comprehensive content management operations, driving the creation and dissemination of captivating narratives that resonate with our target audience. I also foster a collaborative work environment by leveraging a robust blend of product marketing insights and content expertise. With my core skills in copywriting, content creation & management, I have worked in various roles in the past including as a journalist, kindergarten teacher, and barista. These experiences have shaped me to have a growth mindset and be more user-focused, a good listener, and have a customer-first attitude. Prior to NinjaVan, I worked at Tentang Anak, GajiGesa & theAsianparent where I achieved the following: Won Company DNA Award “Leading by Example” at Tentang Anak after 3 months of employment in 2023 Led a team and drove them to achieve the KPI, resulting in ~95% of targets achieved Collaborated with INDEF resulting in a survey on earned wage access in Indonesia Acquired new users in Indonesia up to 250% YoY, grew daily active users up to 3-5%, maintained product stickiness to 30-31% monthly (in parenting and/or mom & baby category) Increased product engagements/user interactions (through CRM) growth up to 10% in a monthly basis I strongly believe that my achievements are nothing without teamwork. I am experienced in managing a team, which has helped me foster a collaborative work environment. I also thrive in environments that encourage growth, creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking. Throughout my career, I've learned a lot about product marketing, B2B & B2C community operations, CX/user research, social media marketing, and SEO. I've also had the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams such as product, design, business development, operations and engineering to create products that meet customer needs and deliver business values. As my career grows and expands, I am eager to learn more about product management and how it plays a crucial role in creating great products that customers love and open to any challenges.
