About Amanda Tart

With over three years of work experience, I am a team lead and a process improvement specialist who strives to deliver excellent customer service, enhance operational efficiency, and foster collaboration. I am passionate about finding creative solutions to complex problems, and applying my skills in NICE, Power BI, and Oracle to analyze data and generate reports. I enjoy working at Walmart, where I can align my values and goals with the organization's mission and culture, and bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. In my most recent role as a process improvement specialist at Walmart, I established and implemented departmental policies, goals, and procedures in conjunction with operational goals. I prepared reports to summarize organizational goals, and worked in collaboration with business partners to improve training opportunities with JoyRun, resulting in a growth within the business. I also leveraged my attention to detail and active listening skills to review replenishment and escalated tickets, answer calls and escalations, and provide resolutions for stores. I was also a backup team lead, a UPC hotline agent, and a trainer for over 60 new and cross-utilized agents.
