As an HR professional in the role of Lead Talent Specialist, I work to develop long-term strategies to attract and hire the best employees for BILH's goals and culture. These responsibilities includes identifying needs, working with hiring managers to determine current staffing needs and quarterly and annual hiring forecasts, establishing hiring criteria and developing a brand that attracts top talent, sourcing potential candidates through online channels, such as social media and professional networks, evaluating and assessing candidate information, designing interview techniques to identify top talent, developing programs to build a talent pipeline, such as talent assessments, employee referral programs, and apprenticeships, and working closely with interdisciplinary teams within the organization to develop creative ways to address talent acquisition challenges.
