As part of the Value Creation team, Amanda partners closely with portfolio companies to strengthen organizational capabilities and build scalable teams. Her work spans strategic hiring, capacity planning, talent market benchmarking, and sharing human capital best practices across sectors including FMCG and direct-to-consumer, fintech, commerce, healthcare, consumer retail, agriculture, and SaaS. She also plays a key role in expanding each portfolio company’s ecosystem by connecting founders with relevant partners, advisors, and industry stakeholders to support their next stage of growth. Before joining Alpha JWC Ventures, Amanda spent over seven years in executive search and strategic recruitment, placing leadership and high-impact roles across the technology and financial services sectors. Her experience covers key functions such as Product Management, Strategy & Growth, Marketing, Commercial, Research, Business Intelligence, and Corporate Operations including Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
