About Amanda Thomas

I believe I have a God-given tug on my heart to help people, especially those going through mental distress. I have 4+ years of experience serving and communicating with the public. I dream of serving the families of the community and implementing Christian principles as a mental health counselor one day. I am in the process of attaining my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and becoming a licensed counselor. Having 11+ years of experience performing in ensembles, music has been a part of my life since the day I was born. I want nothing more but to sing and perform alongside counseling. I currently serve on the worship team at my church and perform in choral/theatre ensembles when given the chance. A lover of making to-do lists, I pride myself on my ability to stay organized, whether it be on my Notes app on my phone or my nightstand. For the time being, a secretarial job that relates to theology, community service, and/or music would be my cup of tea.
