About Amanda Tuttle-Smith
One of my most vivid childhood memories was standing in awe as my first grade teacher taught us about the Battle of Gettysburg. I’ve been lost to history ever since. Naturally, this has led to a myriad of jobs within the field of history. I’ve worked in museums, archives, historical tours, house museums, and I currently serve as a secondary history teacher. Additionally, my love of people has led me to take on the Director of Admissions role at my current school. While I don’t like to admit this, I would probably do any historical work for free. I love what I do and it has become my career and my hobby.
