Additionally, working with large brands has provided me with a corporate perspective on managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with different departments within a company. With a strategic vision and agile approach, I have led marketing and service development projects in industries including Automotive and AgeTech, achieving a strong increases in customer engagement and a rise in revenue. My expertise in catering to diverse user personas across different cultures has driven a growth in brand awareness and an improvement in service efficiency. I have years of experience in automotive, homeware, clothing, and jewelry brand communications, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide a cohesive experience to the customer and increased revenue to companies. I use data and intuition to identify customer's needs and motivations and turn ideas into new services. My social scientist bachelors degree and Master's in Marketing Management, provide me with clear customer-reaching communication skills. That's why I'm also a part-time lecturer in transport design marketing, urban mobility and branding where I learn as much from the students as they from me.
