About Amanda Welch

What am I looking for? A job in North Carolina no more than 70 miles from my house in Hope Mills. I would prefer a salary of no less than a year. I currently work 311 miles from home, as a military spouse I need to find a job closer to home for my husband and for us. I am young and motivated. I have dove into the microelectronics career path, however am always looking to broaden my knowledge and skills. I have gained a lot of life skills and strong work ethics over the last few years. From assisting engineers to creating endless power points for my fellow employees and new employees to help further their knowledge as well as teach them new things. I am an employee who learns fast. Once I learn my tasks, I find ways to improve my skills and am quick to add more to my work load. I also have experience working with family at family owned businesses. For 8-10 years I would go with my aunt to various craft fairs to sell candles. I learnt how to upsell and grab customers attention. Working with my father growing up with his family owned business, I have also learnt how to dry-wall, sheet rock, paint and put floors in (tile, wood). Also learnt how do an oil change and various of other mechanical work on cars. I have learn a lot of various types of jobs which makes me a great candidate for any job or position. Being taught different trades at a young age gave me the skills to multi-task and how to be open minded.
