As a Clinician, I'm there as a guide and you're in the driver's seat. I aim to provide a therapeutic environment by earning your trust, being consistent, and investing in your journey. There can be laughter, tears, milestones and setbacks. We do it together. My work is driven by a desire to help clients navigate their lives in a way that feels genuine and manageable. I utilize a solution-focused and strengths-based approach that enhances self acceptance and shows itself through personal growth and improved quality of life. Let's get you functioning to the level you desire while exploring all that makes you, you! I've been described as approachable, genuine, and direct. I engage during session, offering feedback and making suggestions. Lastly, clients say I express things they've heard many times before, but in a different way than ever before.
