I am an Army Medic with 7 years of experience in primary healthcare to include emergency care, transportation, and scheduling support. I currently specialize in overseeing clinical operations for a treatment facility that services over patients, including urgent injuries/illnesses. I take pride in being known for advocating for proper care of patients to ensure patient safety and continuation of care as needed. I train medics on how to conduct patient care to include proper documentation that will be important in the future for our patient. I ensure the clinic is operating within the Joint Commission standard. I provide emergency medical training to non-medical personnel in accordance with the Committee of Tactical Combat Casualty Care based in San Antonio, Texas. This includes life-saving techniques that prolong lives of those severely injured and proper documentation to pass on to the next level of care. This document is continuously being updated and I ensure I take note of the updates so there is not conflicting information. I am very familiar with computer applications such as Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office Products. I create simple, clear schedules that are easy to read for staff members and provide clear guidance on a weekly basis through Microsoft Excel. I have presentations created through Microsoft PowerPoint for the trainings I conduct. I process many files daily for soldiers through Adobe PDF with few errors or broken files. I understand the importance of accuracy in files within Adobe that may contain financial information or processing for HR updates and more.
