About Amanda Young

From my first job as a server, I mastered the art of tuning into what customers want and value. I hope to continue utilizing these skills to create exceptional customer service experiences to my future customers! I spent most of my career working in the hospitality industry which is where I shine the most. I truly loved working for hotels in all aspects, and it was a very difficult decision to leave them for family. I have taken a break to focus more on my family, and now I’m hoping to return to an industry that I love! As an extremely extroverted person, I am able to approach all interactions with kindness, grace under pressure, and a true desire to make another persons day brighter. I can build a rapport with any personality. I enjoy building great working relationships with my colleagues, and I am extremely committed to making every guest experience a “WOW”!
