As an IT Service Desk Summer Student at Alberta Utilities Commission, in addition to ensuring smooth technical operations, I am privileged to witness firsthand exposure to the transformative impact of AI on businesses in a real-world setting. In my previous experience as a Beauty Advisor at L’Occitane en Provence, I honed my ability to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth through strategic initiatives. I've led impactful projects, such as developing a robust backend system for a React Inventory Management System and creating captivating user experiences like the Convention Hosting Company Website and Donkey Kong on Raspberry Pi.
