I'm a SHRM-CP certified HR professional with over 5 years of experience supporting people, teams, and leadership across hybrid and remote environments. My passion lies in building positive, inclusive workplaces and helping employees and managers feel supported, heard, and set up for success. Throughout my career, I've worked across employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and organizational development. I've led virtual onboarding programs, supported multi-site leave administration (FMLA, Workers' Comp), and maintained 100% compliance in HRIS systems. I was proud to be promoted from HR Assistant to Generalist in under a year, and recently earned an "Exceeds Expectations" performance review while working fully remote. I believe that great HR helps people thrive — and when people thrive, so do organizations. I bring empathy, structure, and a problem-solving mindset to everything I do. I'm actively seeking a remote or hybrid HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role where I can continue to grow and contribute to mission-driven teams.
