Amanick Boothe is a trauma-informed registered clinical social worker intern in Florida, a registered social worker in Ontario, and an adjunct professor and mentor. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in trauma-informed care, behavior management, substance use disorder, and program development. Amanick uses evidence-based practices such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy to promote resilience and well-being.As an educator, Amanick mentors' future mental health practitioners, integrating culturally responsive approaches and promoting emotional intelligence. She is also passionate about volunteering with community service organizations and tutoring youth, fostering confidence and pathways to success. Amanick’s work is driven by a commitment to empowering individuals, particularly those affected by trauma and substance use, and creating supportive spaces for growth.
