Bringing up Project completion in due date • Responsible for Bills preparing, submission and approvals. • Engineer Drawings approvals coordination and Design review as per tender documents with clients. • Coordination with HQ, vendor management and client. • Quality documents approval MQP, FQP etc. • Quality inspection scheduling and approval like proto type, Type test, and Material inspection. • Land survey coordination, liaison with local authorities and Govt. offices • Rectification of DC Cable in Trench by using the cable fault locator • Electrical Safety systems implementation (safety systems for electrical works. height works, confined space work etc.) • Managing different vendors for drawing submission, scheduled deliveries & services, ensuring the work is done with in time and in compliance with contracts. • Adept at Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of all Electrical Equipment. • Identifying the problems in solar modules, Inverters, Transformers and cables in solar plant and analyses the fault occurred and will take the adoptive steps to avoid frequent of failures. • Expertise in preparing the root cause analysis • Expertise in preparing the plant performance report, and other plant reports. • Interface between internal departments like production, engineering, procurement, finance and site personnel. • Test pile foundations execution • Execution of Pile foundations, MMS erection and SPV Modules Installation. • SCB and Inverter DC cables laying and commissioning. • Execution of Civil Foundations of MMS and ICR. • Designed for cable routing and grouping strings for 30 MW PV array M/s. Aurobindo plant. • Coordination with OEM for warranty management and service support for Break down maintenance • Preparing the preventive maintenance schedule as per OEM and Company SOP. • Store reconciliation, Inventory and spare part management on monthly basis
