About Amany Takla

I received my Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Cairo University in 1994. After graduation, I have joined the General Directorate for Pharmaceutical affairs, Ministry of Health for about one year. I have worked for Mepha Swiss pharmaceutical company for about 2 years in the sales department then I was responsible for registration & regulatory affairs there. In 1997, I have joined Pfizer in the sales department & I have worked in different positions & different therapeutic areas including CNS, antibiotics, antifungals, NSAIDs, pain.etc. I have joined the clinical research department in 2007, I am responsible for oncology, smoking cessation,Genitourinary, vaccines & pain studies, I have worked in different positions in the clinical research department starting by CRA, Clinical Research Lead till my current position as Clinical Operations Lead. Also, I worked as the quality person & safety back-up for the clinical research department for about 18 months besides my clinical research work. I have joined Phoenix Clinical Research company in September 2013 as Egypt Country Manager. In May 2014, I joined RAY CRO as Clinical Project Leader. In Dec 2016, I joined TCD MENA as Clinical Operations Manager. In Apr 2017, I joined IQVIA as Site & Resource Ass. Manager.
