My work in higher education involves management work as I was Vice dean for academic affair. Also I work as a deputy of academic affairs secretary. As I was a head of department in two higher education institutes. All these roles gave me the opportunity to be involved in policy making and plans development From my work with King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh, I was responsible for establishing the e-learning department within the faculty. Identifying the specification for the proposed system. Developing the strategic plan for the department. Coordinating project process. Acting as a representative for the faculty. I am comfortable with myself, and others and I am confident that I can build a very good relationship with my managers, colleagues, and students. I am very confident that I will be a good asset to this well-established institution and will be using my skills and knowledge to help giving the required support for people.
