About Amar Ibrahim

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Lievito Pizza, I oversee the daily operations of a busy and popular pizzeria that serves authentic Italian cuisine to a diverse clientele. I manage a team of 15 staff members, ensuring that they deliver high-quality service, food, and hygiene standards, and that they receive regular training and feedback to enhance their skills and performance. With 20+ years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, I have developed a strong passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. I have worked as an Operations Manager at Hotel Emirates, where I was responsible for coordinating and supervising the functions of various departments, such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and security. I also handled the budgeting, inventory, and payroll processes, and contributed to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies. During my tenure, I successfully increased the hotel's occupancy rate, revenue, and customer loyalty, by implementing innovative and customer-centric initiatives and programs. I have a Diploma in Hotel Management from Metro School of Hotel Management, where I learned the fundamentals and best practices of the hospitality sector.
