About Amar Rida

I am an entrepreneur, with a multidisciplinary background, and am experienced in innovation, science, and technology management. During my career, I have become expert with technologies such as laboratory analytical instrumentation, invitro-diagnostics, assay development, and electromechanical and fluidic based medical devices. Additionally, I am skilled in IP portfolio management, executive operations, and ensuring effective communication to company stakeholders. Building and growing a company requires a solid business plan, well-defined goals, and well trained and experienced managers and leaders. I believe in a collaborative approach, working with people to make sure they understand the objectives and have all the resources they need to get the job done. To ensure people are growing and becoming leaders, my approach is to provide training, coaching and mentoring to hone their abilities. When making decisions, it’s important to rely on logic and defend doing the right thing. My goal moving forward is to develop new opportunities that cause me to expand my expertise, are creative and will be useful for society.
