With over 19 years of progressive experience, I have cultivated a diverse and impactful career journey. Starting as a junior Analyst, I quickly developed a passion for driving efficiency and optimising operations, which led me to transition into the role of Senior Operations Manager. In this role, I was entrusted with a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including selecting and implementing systems critical to business success, overseeing IT and HR functions, managing immigration requirements, negotiating with revenue authorities, and even spearheading the launch of new companies. Confidentiality and discretion became second nature as I navigated these complex and sensitive tasks. Early in my operations role, I discovered a strong interest in finance. Over the years, I honed my expertise and advanced to the position of a Head of Finance; managing finance and accounting, where I now contribute strategically as part of the Senior Management Team. This role allows me to align financial strategy with overall business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. Driven by curiosity and a commitment to delivering results, I thrive on tackling challenges that require a blend of analytical insight, operational understanding, and financial acumen.
