From Community Impact to Cloud Solutions: Bridging Technology and Real-World Challenges I started my career by launching a food pantry at Mount St. Mary’s University, distributing 12+ pounds of food monthly to food-insecure students - a project that taught me the power of data, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization. Now, as a Product Manager at Microsoft, I leverage those skills to enhance multi-cluster networking solutions in Azure Kubernetes Service. I research cross-cluster load balancing, analyze customer pain points, and collaborate with engineering to propose scalable solutions aligned with Gateway API standards.
