About Amarandei Daniel

I am a Product Manager and digital banking professional with over a decade of experience driving innovation within major financial institutions across Europe. My career has focused on identifying new technologies, improving customer digital experiences, and bringing impactful financial products to market. I began my journey with UniCredit Group, where I worked in both Romania and Italy across innovation and retail digital channels. During this time, I was awarded a scholarship to study Banking and Entrepreneurship in Italy and was later selected for UniQuest, UniCredit’s international leadership development program. These experiences strengthened my ability to work in multicultural environments and to lead initiatives focused on modernizing digital banking services. In 2017 I joined BRD – Groupe Société Générale as a Product Owner for Digital Channels, contributing to the bank’s first Agile Pilot and supporting the evolution of its digital service portfolio. Since 2022, I have been working at Stefanini as a Business Consultant for the Financial Services Industry. My role allows me to combine product expertise with advisory capabilities to help organizations make informed, future-ready decisions. My interest in life is to add value to everything I do. My strongest asset is my personality and free spirit. If one were to ask my friends to describe me, they would say I am a very pleasant, creative and active person that is always sharing a smile and an overwhelming positive attitude with the others.
