About Amardeep Panaser

I am an experienced senior careers manager with a proven track record of driving innovation, efficiency and change within a Higher Education setting. I pride myself in the ability to maximise the impact and value delivered by my teams to ensure that our work helps the University meet its graduate outcomes targets. Furthermore, I was accountable for a number of careers initiatives that supported the University's successful bid for the National Undergraduate Employability Award in 2021 and 2025 Throughout my career I have built an extensive network with employers and stakeholders from across the HE sectors. I have developed a number of strategic relationships with graduate recruiters, which have enabled me to deliver award-winning careers initiatives from conception through to operationalisation. I have also been able to ensure these initiatives have a measurable impact on graduate outcomes. As a leader I recognise the importance of ensuring my teams are empowered, motivated and driven. I seek to inspire colleagues around me to adapt agile and innovative approaches to ensure the work we do is both relevant and engaging, as this is key to ensuring that we meet the needs of our students and graduate recruiters.
