About Amarjit Sidhu

Amarjit has 25 years of experience in finance including holding senior finance positions in ASX listed companies and is experienced in board reporting, audit, taxation, M&A and treasury. He graduated from Monash University in 1996, became a CPA in 2004 and completed an MBA at Deakin University in 2016. Amarjit attained his career achievements through resilience, collaboration, leadership and technical skills. After graduating from university, Amarjit spent nine years in audit and taxation with accounting firms across Melbourne and the USA servicing clients in the manufacturing, property development, education and service sectors. After public practice, Amarjit gained significant experience in collaboration, financial control and management, corporate governance, internal controls, business partnering, taxation and treasury in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, education and labour-hire industries. He has also performed significant roles in corporate Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructures.
