Currently I work for a nonprofit organization that caters to the needs of at-risk women and children in Baltimore, MD. I am passionate about Urban Missions. I am passionate fighting against a wide gamut of oppression happening in vulnerable communities including but not limited to: human trafficking, generational poverty, abuse, addiction and trauma. History: I am highly skilled in all areas of Management and have worked in both corporate and privately owned management companies. I have over ten years tenure in the restaurant industry, 4 years tenure with property management (multi-family), over 6 years tenure in the retail industry and 1.5 years of owning my own successful small business in Hollywood, CA. I moved to Baltimore, MD in May of 2015 to expand my professional horizons even further. 6 months into a 12 months contracted job in Baltimore, I met and married my husband then became a stay at home mother from 2016-2019. While being a full time homemaker, I cultivated my own personal street ministry for homeless teens and adults which subsequently drew very deeply into the realm of nonprofit. When I chose to reenter the workforce in 2019, Nonprofit with a focus on Urban Missions became my goal and that is when I joined Drink at the Well, Inc. Personal life: Published writer of over ten years, specifically in the realm of non-fiction (biographies and memoirs), comedy, poetry, script-writing and short stories.
