I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Information Technology (Networking and Cybersecurity) from the University of South Australia. During my studies, I gained hands-on experience and a deep understanding of various networking protocols and technologies, including OSPF, BGP, SD-WAN, IPSec Tunnels, VPNs, and Firewall Configurations. My academic foundation is complemented by certifications in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Artificial Intelligence, and Python, showcasing my enthusiasm and versatile skill set in IT. Currently, as an ICT Support Officer at Wireless Communications, I support clients by leveraging Active Directory and network security services. My responsibilities include managing user access and permissions through Active Directory to ensure seamless authentication processes and effective user management. Additionally, I assist businesses in implementing and maintaining robust network security measures to protect systems and data from potential threats. By combining technical expertise with a client-focused approach, I contribute to enhancing the security and efficiency of IT infrastructures, enabling businesses to achieve their objectives with confidence.
