Current Job Description: • managing all patient-related queries. • report to Operational Manager. • attending in-charge and monthly meetings. • giving patient care-related info to all department • control various checklists/ Google sheets.(Census, Admission and Discharges, PC daily reports, etc) • coordinate with all other departments to improve patient care. • following management SOPs and implementing them. • creating a safe and secure working environment among staff, patients, and patient attendees. • Giving counseling to patients regarding admission and charges applied for their specific needs. • Providing patient and doctor interactions on a daily basis. • Allotting various packages to patients after contacting their respective Consultants. • Helps in patients’ insurance approval process and governmental schemes. • Making schedules for discharges and making them happen as soon as possible. • collecting feedback from the patient and their attendees. • Finally making sure that the patient got discharged with at most satisfaction from our organization.
