Started in this industry in 2002 have been certified in IPC 7711, 7721, IPC 610 and J-STD-001 more recent, expired in October of 2018. I can do thru hole soldering and rework but strive in surface mount rework. Can work with lead and lead free soldering. I was sent to BEST in Chicago back in 2004 for training, New Hampshire in 2008 to learn how to solder with lead free, from 2002 to 2012 was certified in IPC, from 2012 to 2018 was certified in J-STD. The trainer for J-STD was David Reed from 2012 to 2015, then went to Philadelphia for certification in 2016. Stopped working in this industry when I moved to Tennessee in 2017 but got right back into it when I moved back to Ohio in 2019.
