I have years of experience being a retail manager. I was directly responsible for all accounting/cash accountability procedures. Including money counting, petty cash management and safe management. I have extensive knowledge in running store Multi Channel functions. I am qualified to coordinate and execute Sales and Service related business initiatives, control sales and profit, including maximizing margins, and in preserving company assets by controlling shrink. I have assisted in hiring, staffing and development of all employees including but not limited to; giving guidance and direction in areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control, Asset Protection, safety, Human Resources and expense control; so that the store may operate as efficiently and profitably as possible.
