About Amber Baron

Experienced Civil Engineer with a demonstrated history of contributing to and leading large scale projects on an international level. Amber has experience in a variety of highway/ transportation facility projects including master plan and conceptual design studies, preliminary to final design projects, construction support services, site design projects, and flood mitigation projects. Her design and engineering strengths include roadway geometry, roadside protection, ITS design, work zone traffic control, pavement marking, signing design, flood reports, and pavement design. On various projects her responsibilities have included preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates at the conceptual, preliminary and final engineering design stages; writing technical and public reports including design briefs, master plan documents, and design reports. She is a licenced professional engineer in New York State, and holds a bachlors and masters degree from universities in the United States.
